By accessing or using services provided by Flow Analytics, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part, you may not access the Service.

When using our Service, you agree to:

• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Notify us immediately of unauthorized account use

All content and software associated with the Service, including trademarks, logos, and service marks, are the property of Flow Analytics or its licensors. You receive no right or license except as expressly outlined herein.

• Recurring payments are charged automatically
• No refunds for partial months or unused service
• Price changes communicated 30 days in advance
• Taxes not included unless specified

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for:

• Violation of these terms
• Extended periods of inactivity
• Requests from legal authorities

You may delete your account at any time through account settings.

We may update, modify, or discontinue features at our discretion. Major changes will be communicated via email or in-service notifications.

The Service is provided as-is without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted or error-free service
• Accuracy of third-party integrations
• Results from using the Service

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flow Analytics shall not be liable for:

• Indirect or consequential damages
• Loss of data or profits
• Third-party service disruptions

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario, Canada.

These Terms constitute the complete agreement between you and Flow Analytics, superseding prior agreements. Our Privacy Policy is incorporated by reference.
